Irradiation testing of electronic devices and systems with an atmospheric-like fast-neutron spectrum to study single-event effects (SEE), including commercial electronics and electric-vehicle component testing.
Equipment
Beam energy range 0–800 MeV; flux 5.8 × 10^6 n cm^-2 s^-1 above 10 MeV; cadmium filters available; air-streamer cryocooler and sample chamber from -50°C to +120°C.
