Services
Dynamic tension, compression, bending and fatigue testing of mooring ropes/components, subsea cables, bend restrictors, aquaculture components and marine-energy power-take-off devices, including submerged wet-environment testing and acoustic monitoring.
Equipment
Hydraulic rig supports up to 200 kN tensile force, 1 m displacement, ±30° pitch/roll, up to 20 kN·m bending moment and 0.1 m/s linear speed; the page also states a 20-tonne dynamic tensile capability.
Standards
Quality management system accredited to ISO 9001:2015; rig aims at Class 1 uniaxial testing machine under ISO 7500-1:2004. Published example work uses ISO 1936:2015, ISO 18692:2007, DNV-RP-F401 and CIGRE Technical Brochure 623.
